REFUNDS AND CANCELLATIONS
By purchasing travel services through www.fares24.com (the “Website”) or through FARES24 agents, you acknowledge and agree to the following Refunds and Cancellations policies:

Airline and Travel Supplier Policies Govern:
All refund and cancellation policies are governed by the rules and restrictions of the airline, hotel, car rental company, insurance provider, or other Travel Supplier providing the service.
FARES24 has no authority to override or amend a Travel Supplier’s rules.
Any refund requests must comply with the applicable supplier’s terms, including fare rules and refund eligibility.

Non-Refundable Tickets and Services:
Most airfare products, discounted fares, consolidator fares, and promotional deals sold by FARES24 are completely non-refundable.
If a ticket or service is non-refundable, no refund will be available under any circumstances, including illness, no-show, schedule changes, or visa denials.

Cancellation Procedures:
All cancellation requests must be submitted to FARES24 in writing via email to [email protected].
Cancellations are not effective until confirmed in writing by FARES24.
If a refund is approved, it will be processed in accordance with the Travel Supplier’s timeline, which may take 8–16 weeks or longer depending on the supplier.

Service Fees Are Non-Refundable:
All service fees charged by FARES24 (including booking, ticketing, processing, change, and cancellation fees) are non-refundable, even if a supplier authorizes a full or partial refund.

Partial Refunds and Penalties:
If a refund is allowed, the refunded amount may be reduced by airline-imposed penalties, fare differences, administrative fees, and any FARES24 service fees.

Change Fees and Reissue Policies:
Changes to travel dates, routes, or names are generally subject to fees imposed by airlines or suppliers, plus FARES24’s service fees.
Certain tickets do not allow any changes.
Change fees are payable at the time the change request is processed.

Flight Schedule Changes and Cancellations by Airlines:
Airlines may change flight schedules, routes, or operating carriers without notice.
In cases of involuntary schedule changes (such as cancellation or major rescheduling), FARES24 will assist you in rebooking, but your options are limited by airline policies.
Refunds for schedule changes or cancellations by airlines are governed strictly by the respective airline’s policy.

Force Majeure Events:
In the event of force majeure circumstances (including but not limited to natural disasters, strikes, pandemics, wars, or governmental actions), standard refund policies may not apply, and suppliers may issue credits or vouchers instead of cash refunds.

Travel Insurance Recommendation:
FARES24 strongly recommends the purchase of travel insurance to protect against unforeseen circumstances that may require cancellation, interruption, or medical care during travel.
Insurance claims must be filed directly with the insurer in accordance with the insurer’s terms.

No-Show Policy:
Failure to cancel a reservation prior to departure, or failure to check in for a scheduled flight or service, may result in a total forfeiture of your ticket or service without refund.
“No-Show” passengers are not entitled to refunds or rebooking, unless the supplier’s rules expressly allow otherwise.
