Payment Methods
By purchasing travel services through www.fares24.com (the “Website”) or through FARES24 agents, you agree to the following Payment terms and conditions:

Full Payment Requirement:
Unless otherwise expressly stated, full payment is required at the time of booking to secure airline tickets, hotel accommodations, insurance, and other travel services.
Your reservation is not confirmed, and no contractual obligation exists between you and FARES24 or the Travel Supplier, until full payment is received and accepted.

Accepted Payment Methods:
FARES24 accepts payment via major credit cards (Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Discover) and other payment methods as may be offered during the booking process.
You represent and warrant that you have the legal right to use any credit card(s) or other payment method(s) used to initiate a transaction.

Authorization and Billing:
By providing your payment information, you authorize FARES24 and/or its authorized third-party payment processors to charge the full booking amount, including all applicable taxes, fees, and surcharges, to your designated payment method.
Your payment method may be billed immediately at the time of booking.
FARES24 is not responsible for any bank fees, overdraft charges, or currency conversion fees incurred during processing.

Price Confirmation:
All prices and availability are subject to change without notice until full payment is received and the ticket or travel service is issued.
In rare circumstances where a pricing error occurs, FARES24 reserves the right to correct the error and, if necessary, offer you the option to either cancel the booking for a full refund or proceed with the adjusted price.

Verification of Information:
All bookings are subject to verification procedures.
FARES24 may request additional information or documentation (such as copies of identification, credit card authorization forms, or proof of address) in order to validate payment.
Failure to provide requested documentation within the specified time may result in cancellation of your booking.

Third-Party Payments:
If you are making a payment on behalf of another individual or for multiple travelers, you accept full responsibility for ensuring that all travelers comply with the Terms and Conditions of FARES24 and the applicable Travel Supplier.

Declined Transactions and Payment Failure:
If your payment is declined or cannot be processed for any reason:
Your booking may be automatically canceled.
FARES24 shall have no obligation to honor a pending reservation or hold prices for unpaid or failed transactions.

Currency and Pricing:
All transactions are processed in U.S. Dollars (USD) unless otherwise specified.
If you are using a non-U.S. credit card or bank account, your financial institution may charge you currency conversion fees and foreign transaction fees.
FARES24 is not responsible for any differences due to currency exchange rate fluctuations or international banking fees.

Payment Security:
FARES24 uses secure, industry-standard encryption technology to protect your payment information. However, we are not responsible for any unauthorized access or breaches beyond our control.

Chargebacks:
Initiating a chargeback without a legitimate reason or without first contacting FARES24 to attempt to resolve the issue may result in legal action.
You agree not to initiate a chargeback or payment dispute for transactions that have been authorized and services that have been provided according to these Terms.
